POLICIES AND INFO
Payment and Ordering
When placing an order, you will need to pay through Paypal or with a credit card. If you use PayPal E-check you must allow 3 to 7 days for these payments to clear. We will process your order according to availability when your payment has cleared. All credit card payments are processed through at the time the order is placed. If a item you ordered is sold out. We will refund that amount back to your card after the order is processed. Your credit card statement will show WildAboutPurses as the charging company.
Orders in Alabama must Fax a copy of your Resale ID or Business Liceince or we will charge 8.5% sales tax to your order.
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
The colors you see on the products are an approximation of the original colors and may vary with your monitor and/or video card. We are not responsible for errors or incomplete descriptions. We make every attempt to accurately describe the product and include up to date pictures. Product descriptions and colors may change without notice. We are not responsible for orders placed before price reduction. We reserve the right to substitute similar items if not instructed otherwise.
Shipping
We normally ship customer’s orders within five to seven business days of receipt of your order and payment. But could take up to 14 days in some cases. Packages are shipped insured for damage or loss, as we do not assume responsibility for items during shipping. You’ll receive an E-mail confirming your order.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, DHL or UPS services within the United States if not instructed otherwise. Normal deliver time is 7 to 10 working days depending on your shipping location. We have no control over carriers suggested arrival times. No P.O. Box or APO/FPO address please!
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Bahamas. Some additional shipping fees apply

Returns
All Sales are Final
Only damaged item may be returned.We will only exchange them for the exact item or an item of equal value if this is not possible a credit will be given. Please contact Wild About Purses within three days upon receipt of your order to request a ’Return Authorization Number’. You must return the item(s) within 7 days to qualify (less shipping & handling). You will be responsible for all shipping costs. (no exceptions) If not received within the time allotted of your verified receipt date, no exchanges will be given, your order will be shipped back to you! Although we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product and make sure it is free of any defect. All defects must be reported to us via e-mail within three days from the date you receive the shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the three-day period is over.
Return’s, refused, unclaimed, canceled, or undeliverable orders are subject to a $20.00 or 20% re-stocking charge which ever is greater, in addition to all applicable credit card and associated fees.
All items marked ’Clearance’ are excluded from this policy and are not refundable.
